Processing
Winding → double unwinding → cutting head and tail → Welding → Alkali washing → primary scrubbing → Electrolytic cleaning → secondary scrubbing → hot water rinsing → hot air drying → Inlet looping → Continuous annealing → Hot dip galvanizing (ceramic zinc pot) → Air knife purging (introduced) → Air cooling after plating → water quenching → Flat machine (reserved) → stretching straightener → Passivation treatment (reserved for fingerprinting) → Outlet looping → oiling → cutting → Winding → Unwinding → weighing → packing.
Packing and delivery
1.Packing :3 layers of packaging, kraft paper inside, water plastic film in the middle, the outermost GI steel plate tied with
steel belt or as required.
2.Shipping port: Tianjin/Shanghai/Qingdao
3.Shipment:
a. Length: ≤6m, loaded in 20GP Container.
b. Length: ≤12m, loaded in 40GP Container.
